We also encountered issues with the smart features of the device, namely its mapping feature and the digital stay-out zones. While it did a great job of avoiding our shoes and furniture legs but it could easily be hung up by cables and socks and couldn't handle the tassels of rug. That's the reason we didn't choose to include it on our Best Buy list. The Scout RX3 offers a good price and a dazzling performance.
